Welcome to the DEKS website.
You will find details of our evening talks for 2013 under calendar & a list of tutors and educational psychologists under information. You will also find details of courses for teachers and parents under calendar. Please note we have a new email for enquiries. Our Saturday afternoon Drop-in Centre has a new venue: Canterbury Dyslexia Centre The Clock Tower, 9 Tyler Hill, Blean, Canterbury, Kent CT2 9HP
If you turn off the A290 (Whitstable Rd) into Tyler Hill Road. Canterbury Dyslexia Centre is between the Londis store and Blean Surgery. Our Drop-in Centre is held from 2pm – 4pm on the first Saturday of every month in school term time, except May but we will be open in June. Please click here for further details
To borrow books & resources from our library, you need to be a member & you can join at the Drop-in Centre. Membership is £15 per year. This gives free entry to 4 evening talks per year & an AGM We now have over one thousand books in our library. For a list of topics of the books in our library, Kent Parents as Equal Partners are holding a Drop-in for parents of a disabled child and/or a child with additional educational needs. Come along to to the Drop-in to find out what the Local Offer is & how to become involved.

Then click on it before you do a search online. Each time you use it, raises 1p for DEKS, but if all our supporters use it, the pennies will mount up & help us with running costs.
